Welcome

Welcome to your life coaching course.

Your Life Coaching Model stages explained:

  1. Self-Awareness: Self-awareness is the foundation for your effective life coaching. It involves a deep understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, values, and behaviours, as well as an ability to recognize how these factors influence your actions and decisions. In a life coaching context, self-awareness helps you to identify your strengths, areas for improvement, and goals for personal development.

  2. High-Efficacy Goals: High-efficacy goals are specific, challenging goals that are perceived as being attainable, but not necessarily easy to achieve. In a life coaching context, high-efficacy goals can help you to stretch yourself and to tap into your full potential. They can also help to increase your motivation and engagement and to foster a sense of accomplishment and self-esteem. Most importantly high efficacy goals = high efficacy beliefs. You begin to believe in much more than you've ever imagined because of your High-Efficacy Goals.

  3. Empowering Accountability: Empowering accountability involves supporting you in taking responsibility for your own actions and outcomes, and in holding yourself accountable for meeting your goals and commitments. In a life coaching context, empowering accountability may involve helping you to develop strategies for self-monitoring and self-regulation, as well as providing ongoing support and encouragement as they work towards your goals. This will form the fuel to your fire during the journey towards your goal and are short 30-minute meets with 10 Empowering Accountability questions usually every week.

Feel open to choosing an exercise that resonates with you for each section. You can complete each section with your coach or on your own.
